Terms of service

All items on ALT. NYC are stocked and ready for purchase. Products are occasionally oversold. Orders are filled in this instance in the order that they are received. Your shopping basket does not reserve any items. Orders that have been processed are based on payment approval and stock.

Further personal information may be needed by ALT. NYC to confirm identity. If more information is needed, we will try several times to get in touch with you. We will make an email contact effort and wait for a response for at least 48 hours. If the customer doesn't respond after 48 hours, the order could be canceled.
